In early 2015, our customer, Combi Motors Insurance, called us in to phase out their Windows 2003 program. We had already been helping them for years with their IT infrastructure. They wanted to phase out their ISDN together with Windows 2003 and switch to VoIP. As a gnTel partner, we were able to provide them with a comprehensive solution.
Our new system works very nicely. Much more is possible with it than with our old switchboard, and that saves us masses of time each day. Before that, we had a switchboard from Telecom & Security Zeeland, but we wanted to get rid of our ISDN line with all its limitations and maintenance needs. There were other parties with offers, but we chose gnTel because of their clear and understandable explanations, helpfulness and personal approach.
